Executive Director
The Executive Director of Kitten Rescue has overall strategic and operational responsibility for Kitten
Rescue’s staff, volunteers, programs, expansion, and execution of the organization’s mission.

Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future. Board members provide foresight, oversight, and insight. The Board sets policies (such as adoption rates, etc) but is not involved in day-to-day operations.
